Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 786net ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the 786net website located at https://786net.app and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment facilities available through the platform.

By accessing the 786net platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 786net Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 786net. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms issued for a specific bonus or tournament, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute as to interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. The platform operates in and targets the Bangladesh market, and all monetary amounts referenced herein are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the 786net platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 786net operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• Residency: 786net primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform does not violate any law, regulation, or legal restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on 786net at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must not register using a false identity, another person's details, or any fictitious information.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that may impair your judgement when placing bets or making deposits.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary restriction order that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.

786net conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks on all registered accounts. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of your registered payment method. Account functionality including withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Section 3

Account Rules & Security

Your 786net account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

1. Username and Password: You must choose a strong, unique password for your 786net account and must not disclose it to any third party. 786net will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your password purportedly from 786net, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
2. Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 786net support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 786net will take prompt action to secure your account, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
3. Account Information Updates: You must keep your registered account information, including your email address and registered payment method details, accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or in the suspension of your account.
4. Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access 786net is free from malware, keyloggers, or any other software that could compromise the security of your account. 786net recommends using a personal device on a secure, private internet connection when accessing the platform.
5. Account Currency: All 786net accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You may not hold a 786net account in any other currency. Transactions made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are processed and credited to your account in Taka at no additional conversion cost.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

786net accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved payment methods. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 786net reserves the right to impose individual account limits where it deems necessary for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 786net does not accept payment via credit cards, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. All payment methods must be registered in the player's own name and must match the KYC documentation on file.
• Processing Times: Deposits are credited to your 786net account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission.
• Declined Transactions: 786net reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it has reasonable grounds to suspect is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of declined transactions and may contact support for further information.
• Fees: 786net does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 786net accepts no responsibility.

786net complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued platform use.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

786net offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by 786net are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal can be made). Specific wagering multiples are stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports betting and fishing games may have their own contribution rates. The applicable rates are stated in the promotion terms.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds will expire if the associated wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
4. Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawal of deposited funds is not permitted while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement remains incomplete. You may choose to forfeit an active bonus via account settings in order to withdraw your deposited balance, but any bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed.
5. Bonus Abuse: 786net employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.
6. Promotional Changes: 786net reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any ongoing promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retrospectively affect a player's ability to complete a wagering requirement already in progress at a reasonable expectation.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

786net offers a comprehensive library of casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, fishing games, and specialty titles. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform.

• Random Number Generators: All casino games on 786net use certified RNG technology supplied by internationally recognised game studios. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action outside of normal gameplay.
• Cricket Betting Markets: 786net offers live and pre-match betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral series, and other international cricket fixtures. Betting markets and available odds are subject to change at any time. Bets already placed and accepted at confirmed odds will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.
• Disputed Game Outcomes: In the event of a technical error, server outage, or game malfunction that interrupts a round in progress, 786net will investigate and resolve the dispute in accordance with the affected game provider's documented resolution procedures. Decisions made in accordance with these procedures are final.
• Disconnections: 786net accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or mobile network disruption. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection when engaged in gameplay, particularly during live betting or live casino sessions.
• Bet Acceptance: 786net reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of acceptance, and bets that violate game-specific rules.

Individual game rules are available within each game's interface or help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not accepted as grounds for a refund or dispute resolution in favour of the player.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786net platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Any attempt to deceive 786net through the provision of false information, manipulation of game systems, exploitation of software errors, or impersonation of another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the 786net platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate the laundering of money through gaming transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, tournament, or live casino session offered on the platform.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or simulate gameplay.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the 786net platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Harassment: Using the live chat, support channels, or any platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse 786net staff or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a genuine 786net transaction. Accounts associated with chargeback activity will be suspended immediately.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

786net provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all services at all times.

1. Service Availability: 786net shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime, third-party service failures, internet infrastructure disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
2. Gaming Losses: 786net accepts no liability for financial losses sustained by a player as a result of normal gameplay. Gambling inherently involves the risk of loss. By placing a bet or wager, you accept that you may lose the staked amount entirely.
3. Third-Party Providers: 786net acts as an aggregator of games and betting markets supplied by third-party providers. While we select providers with care, 786net cannot be held liable for errors, defects, or failures within individual games that originate from the provider's software.
4. Indirect Losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786net's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Tax Obligations: It is your sole responsibility to determine and fulfil any tax obligations arising from your winnings in your jurisdiction. 786net does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any tax assessment or penalty imposed on a player.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

786net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, or responsible gaming reasons.

• Suspension: A suspended account is temporarily restricted from gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals pending investigation. 786net will investigate the circumstances giving rise to the suspension promptly and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address.
• Permanent Closure by 786net: Where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed — including fraud, money laundering, use of multiple accounts, or wilful abuse of bonuses — 786net may permanently close the account. Any balance remaining in a fraudulently operated account will be forfeited. Legitimately held balances (funds not associated with any breach) will be returned after investigation.
• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your 786net account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any verified balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a self-exclusion period of six months or longer. During a self-exclusion period, the account is closed to all gameplay and deposits. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

786net reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes to platform features or payment methods, or improvements to clarity and completeness of the existing Terms.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — meaning a change that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a player — 786net will provide reasonable notice via the platform's notification system or via email to your registered email address. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 786net platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified balance prior to the effective date.
